We’re building the tool we wished existed.
If you run a small business in 2026, your setup probably looks like this: a website on Squarespace, a mailing list on Mailchimp, a booking system on Calendly, client notes in a spreadsheet, and invoices in a Word doc. Five subscriptions, five logins, and nothing talks to each other.
The thesis
You shouldn’t need a stack. You should be able to describe your business in a sentence and have a working site, a working CRM, a working booking flow, and working automations — all talking to each other, all editable by typing what you want to change.
That’s Waypost. One tool. Honest pricing. You type “make the hero navy” and it happens in seconds. You don’t think about plugins, integrations, or hosting.
Who’s behind it
Waypost is built out of the UK by a small team (currently one founder, Tyler) with a mix of product, engineering, and running-a-small-business scars. We’re in early access — which means you’ll talk directly to the person who made the thing when you send feedback, and fixes go out the same day.
The product is shipping constantly. If something annoys you, tell us and it’ll probably be fixed this week.
What we believe
- Fewer tools, better connected. A CRM that knows about your bookings is worth more than three CRMs with the “best” features.
- Type, don’t click. Changing your website should feel like texting a designer, not fighting a drag-and-drop grid.
- Your data is yours.Export your site’s code any time on Pro and above. No lock-in.
- Honest about the stage. We’re pre-launch. The testimonials are from real early-access customers. The status page is real. If something breaks, we say so.
