Common questions

My site generation didn’t look right

Open the chat panel in the editor and describe what you wanted differently. You can also click “Regenerate” at the top of the editor to try a fresh version — your project history is saved and you can undo.

My custom domain isn’t working

DNS changes can take up to an hour. Open Publish → Domain settings and Waypost will show you exactly which DNS records to add. If nothing has happened after an hour, send us feedback and include your domain name.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Dashboard → Settings → Billing → “Manage subscription”. Your site and data remain available until the end of your current billing period.

Can I export my site?

Yes — Pro and Business tiers can export the full Next.js source code via the editor toolbar. Your site is yours.

I have an idea for a feature

Use the Feedback button and pick “Idea”. We read every submission.
